Sponsorship Information
As the sponsorship coordinator of the Villa Park High School Instrumental Music Booster Club, I wondered if your company would be interested in assisting us with our 5th Annual Classic Car and Bike Show on May 9, 2009. Last year approximately 125 cars were entered in the car show and our goal is 150+ cars this year. The show also includes a pancake breakfast, BBQ lunch, raffle prizes, craft and vendor booths and a DJ. It's a fun event!
We will gladly accept any type of donation for the car show - monetary, merchandise or gift certificates. We also offer sponsorships of the instrumental music program to raise the profile of your company.
Be a part of this exciting event by assisting in any of the following ways:
- Donating gift items, baskets, or gift certificate for our raffle
- Donating items for goodie bags to give to our Car & Bike participants
- Renting a vendor booth at the event (10 x 10 area for only $40)
- Bring you Car or Bike to the event ($30 registration)
- Becoming an event sponsor:
$100 Sponsorship: Promotion at car show by DJ, Free Car show t-shirt
$500 Sponsorship: $100 sponsorship benefits plus your logo/name on the car show website, your logo on the Car Show T-shirt*
$1,000 Sponsorship: $500 sponsorship benefits plus your Logo (1 ft X 1 ft) on the Marchin' Spartan equipment trailer which travels 1200 miles annually (see photo at www.vphscarshow.com)
$2,500 Sponsorship: $1000 sponsorship benefits plus a banner featuring your company (3 ft X 8 ft) at car show*
*Commitment & logo required by April 3, 2010
All donations are tax deductible and will provide your company with the opportunity for advertising across the Orange County School District plus popular locations such as the Richard Nixon Library, the Korean Day Festival, and Disneyland. For your records, the Villa Park High School Instrumental Music Program is a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization and our Tax Exempt ID Number is 95-3537732.
