Donations and Raffle
The Villa Park High School Instrumental Music Program is preparing to host it's 8th Annual Villa Park High School Car & Bike Show. This profit from this show is responsible for over 25% of the fundraising money raised by the Booster Club and the funds are used to keep the Music Program running during the year.
The show is scheduled for May 7, 2011 and will be held at Villa Park High School. This year we expect to have more than 120 collector and antique cars participating in the event. We sell tickets that give the buyer the chance to win one of the wonderful donations we receive.
If you could provide us with a donation or of a gift certificate for either of the events, we will package this together with other donations to create a lovely basket for the silent auction or prize table. Your organization will be recognized in the program or at the event and during the year in our monthly newsletters to parents (i.e. free advertising!). You also will be able to receive a tax deduction for the value of the donation. Villa Park High School Instrumental Music is a 501(c) non-profit organization and our tax ID number is 95-3537732.
In addition, you will know that your money will be used to support the music programs for over 150 music students at Villa Park High School. We actively encourage the families of our music program students to patronize the businesses that support the music program.
