consideration of the right to participate in the 6th Annual 2009 Villa Park
High School Car and Bike Show, the undersigned participant agrees to indemnify
and hold harmless Orange Unified School District and VPHS Instrumental Music
Booster Club and its agents from and against any and all known and unknown
damages, injuries, and/or losses that the participants and/or the participants
guests (including family, relatives and guests) may sustain or incur as a
result of attendance or participation at this event.
