The Villa Park High School Instrumental Music Program is preparing to host its 5th Annual Villa Park High School Classic Car and Bike Show on May 10th from 8:00am to 3:00pm.   This event is responsible for earning over 30% of the fundraising money needed to keep the Music Program running during the year.  Our fundraising goal this year is to raise $10,000 for the Music Program.

 

Last year, we hosted 100+ cars and entertained several hundred spectators.  The show also includes a pancake breakfast, BBQ lunch, raffle prizes, craft and vendor booths, car judging, and a DJ.  It’s a fun event!

 

You can be a part of this exciting event by assisting in any of the following ways:

 

  • Donating an item or gift certificate for our raffle
  • Renting a vendor booth at the event (10 x 10 area for only $40)
  • Becoming an event sponsor:
    • $100 Sponsorship
      • Promotion at car show by DJ, Car show t-shirt
    • $500 Sponsorship
      • $100 sponsorship benefits plus your logo/name on  the car show website, your Logo* on promotional materials such as flyers, posters and t-shirts
    • $1,000 Sponsorship
      • $500 sponsorship benefits plus your Logo* (1 ft X 1 ft) on Spartan Alliance equipment trailer which travels 1200 miles annually (see photo at www. vphscarshow.com)
    • $2,500 Sponsorship
      • $1000 sponsorship benefits plus Banner featuring your company (3 ft X 8 ft) at car show*

*Commitment & logo required by April 7, 2008
